Sound familiar?

Each of these has a place in AgenMe: a booking link for one person, a poll or “Find our time” for a group.

Already pay for a booking tool? Your team pays every month for 10 people. Only 4 of them book meetings.

Why people and professionals choose AgenMe.

Simplicity. Agreeing on a time should be as easy as picking up the phone and asking. If it takes longer than that, it isn’t designed well.

We design for two people at once: the one who organizes the meeting, and the one who receives the invitation. Powerful scheduling options that take little time to set up, and stay out of your way when you don’t need them.

Less time arranging meetings. More time for the ones that matter.

  • Time zones handled

Every time is shown in each person’s own time zone, across daylight-saving changes, so nobody converts in their head.

  • Easy for you. Even easier for everyone you invite.

You organize the meeting. They simply open a link, choose a time or answer a poll. No AgenMe account, no app to install, no setup.

  • Your phone is all you need

Create, share and confirm a meeting from your phone, wherever you are. Nothing to install.

  • One team, one page for clients

Clients book the right person on your team from one page, and every invitation looks the same, whoever they meet.

Powerful scheduling doesn’t need a complicated setup. AgenMe keeps everyday tasks simple, while giving individuals and teams more control when they need it.

From “when are you free?” to a calendar invite.

  1. 1

Create a link or a poll

A booking link, a poll with a few times, or a page where everyone marks when they’re free.

  2. 2

    Share one link

Send it by email, chat or text. People answer in their browser.

  3. 3

    Everyone answers

Your client picks a time, the group votes, or everyone marks when they’re free. AgenMe shows the result.

  4. 4

    The time goes into calendars

With a connected Google or Microsoft calendar, it goes into yours automatically. Everyone else adds it to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar from their invitation, in one click, with the place or the video link.

What AgenMe does with your calendar and your data.

  • AgenMe checks when you’re busy

In the calendars you choose to connect, it reads when you’re busy, to avoid clashes. It adds only the events it creates. Calendars you don’t connect are never read.

  • Your data is not for sale

No ads. We don’t sell your data. This website uses no third-party trackers.

  • Built to stop double bookings

AgenMe never accepts two bookings for the same time in AgenMe. When someone books, it checks your connected calendars again. An event added in another app at that same moment can still clash: if it does, AgenMe tells you. It can’t see calendars you haven’t connected.

How we handle your data

Questions before you sign up

Do the people I invite need an account?

Not to book with you, answer a poll or mark when they’re free: that all happens in their browser. To run a poll, you don’t need an account either. are the exception: they are between known people, so both need a free account.

Which calendars does AgenMe work with?

You can connect Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. AgenMe checks when you’re busy there, adds the meetings it creates, and adds the Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom link for you. Apple Calendar can’t be connected, but anyone can add a meeting to it in one click. The people you invite don’t connect anything: they get an invitation and add it to their own calendar.

Is it free?

Free forever for individuals and duos: one workspace with core scheduling and your own . With three or more members, each workspace is $5 a month, never per person. People you invite never pay. See pricing and examples.

Can clients pay when they book?

Yes. Ask for the full price or a deposit: no payment, no booking. Clients pay by card, PayPal, stablecoins such as USDC, or Bitcoin. The money goes straight to your own Stripe, PayPal or Bitcoin account, never through AgenMe. AgenMe charges nothing for payments; your payment provider charges its usual processing fees. You can also let them pay in cash at the meeting.

Can I add my booking page to my website?

Yes. Copy two lines of code from AgenMe into any site that accepts HTML, such as Wix, Squarespace or Webflow, or install the AgenMe plugin for WordPress. Show it inside a page, behind a button, or as a button visitors can open from any page. It shows in your own brand, colours and logo, on every plan.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a separately managed scheduling environment: its own members and roles, booking pages, meeting types, working hours and look. Most organizations need only one.

You don’t need another workspace for another teammate, meeting type or time zone. Free for one or two members; with three or more, each workspace is $5 a month.

How flexible meetings work

Instead of voting on a few proposed times, everyone marks every time they’re free over a few days. AgenMe shows where those times overlap.

How it works

What is routing?

Rules that send each incoming booking to the right person, based on the answers people give when they book.
